Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Body Damage at bodydamage.app handles information when you use the service.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store the account information needed to provide your account, such as your name, email address, profile image when available, and account identifiers. We also store your chosen username.

We store the bodies and pins that you save. This can include body names and types, visibility settings, pin locations, categories, titles, dates, descriptions, and the creation and update times for that content.

To maintain sign-in sessions and help protect the service, the authentication system may process session information, IP addresses, user-agent information, and authentication tokens.

How we use information

We use this information to operate Body Damage, authenticate you, save and show your bodies and pins, display public content, prevent misuse, maintain security, and improve the service.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use Body Damage, such as which pages are visited and how people arrive at the service. Google Analytics may process device, browser, IP address, and usage information, and may use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose.

Public and private content

Saved bodies are public by default. When a body is public, anyone who can access the site may view that body, its pins, and the associated public profile information. You can change a saved body to private in its settings.

Private bodies are intended to be visible only to the account that owns them. Please remember that no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Temporary bodies

Temporary bodies are kept in the browser where they were created until they are saved to an account. They are not available from another browser or device unless you sign in and save them.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to run the service, meet legal obligations, protect the service and its users, or as part of a business transfer if the service changes ownership.

We keep account and saved content information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Deleting a body deletes its pins from the service.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your saved bodies and pins, and you can change a body’s visibility in its settings. To ask about your information or this policy, contact us at [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
