Terms of Use
Last updated: July 19, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Body Damage at bodydamage.app. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Using Body Damage
Body Damage is a visual body journal for documenting personal marks, experiences, and memories. You may create bodies, add pins, and choose whether each saved body is public or private.
You must use the service lawfully and in a way that respects other people. Do not use it to harass, impersonate, mislead, infringe someone else’s rights, distribute harmful material, or interfere with the service or its security.
Accounts and your content
You can start a temporary body without signing in. To save and share a body, you must sign in with Google and choose a username. Keep your account access secure and let us know if you believe it has been used without permission.
You remain responsible for the content you add, including body names, pin titles, dates, descriptions, and visibility choices. Only add content that you have the right to share, and be thoughtful about personal or sensitive information.
Public bodies
A body is public by default unless you change it to private. Public bodies, their pins, and the profile information shown with them can be viewed by anyone who has access to the site. Do not make a body public if you do not want that information to be visible to others.
Not medical advice
Body Damage is for personal documentation and storytelling. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on the service for medical decisions or emergencies; seek qualified professional help when you need it.
Changes and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as it evolves. We may also remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, or keep the service working safely.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
